Lily is a PhD student in the biomedical engineering department. Her research focuses on studying the Frank-Starling Law of the heart and its underlying mechanical principles, including length-dependent activation and stretch activation. Prior to her time at RPI, Lily attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtaining a BS in Biomedical Engineering. Outside of the lab, she enjoys crafting, painting, and spending time with her cats Pengu and Toaster.
